Some users will experience disruption in service as we must proactively reboot instances due to an existing BF3 bug causing instances to become inaccessible.
If your instance is unable to access the attached filesystem, you will need to reboot the instance to restore access. To reboot the instance, you can go to your cloud dashboard, go to the instances tab, locate the instance in question, and click on the dot menu by the IDE launch button. There will be a button to reboot the instance in the menu.
